The distance between my toes and that round thing in the sky.
Climate change is making itself known here in Victoria. I felt like I was in the Caribbean this morning as I practiced at 5:30am. There were ducks in front of me, cranes on my left, and a peacock showing it’s feathers on my right. And it was 26 degrees – that is at least 10 degrees higher than normal. It was stunningly beautiful but most assuredly alarming.
Practice was much more desirable at that temp but by 6:30am it was way too hot.
