Certain time zones no new Moons appear
February, my time zone, that happens here
One full Moon’s rest is all we’ll get
I’m feeling strong though, I’m not done yet
Black moon is what it is sometimes called
Not by astronomers they would be galled
Farmers almanac, they use this term
For me that means more calories I’ll burn
Just one rest day, I hope soon to forget
This month February, the toughest one yet
There is a benefit, next month there will be
