on the lighter side

I’m ready to prove to all those who have said to me “you’re full of crap”, that I’m am not.

I took an opportunity to calculate how full I am. The day before surgery I’m not allowed to eat anything and I’m only allowed clear liquids.

Also I have to purge myself of all that stuff. At 4:00 PM I have to start the purging process to clean out my bowels. By the time I go to bed I should be all cleaned out.

So to start this experiment I weighed myself first thing when I got up in the morning. I weigh 155 lbs.

The night before I stoped by a local fish taco place on my way home from a late afternoon Mysore class. I picked up food for the whole house and I stuffed myself (I love the yam tacos). I also ate twice the amount of chocolate I would normally eat after dinner.

I knew that the next day would be free of food so I filled up. So technically I should be more full of crap than normal.

Before I go to bed I weigh 151.5 lbs. so there, I’m not full of crap, I’m only 3.5 lbs of crap that translates to only 2.25% crap… so that means I’m 97.75% without crap – there you go – ha.

Have a great day.
