When I started this blog nine months ago my idea was to inform about my experiences with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Ashtanga Yoga. I figured I’d talk about each journey separately and provide insight into each of these two separate topics.

Initially I wanted to talk about my MS and Ashtanga journeys. For example if someone with MS wanted insight into my experiences, and potentially learn from them, that would be awesome and similarly with Ashtanga.

But there was another goal and that was to inform the MS community how Ashtanga had and continues to help me. All the things that I’ve blogged about have shown how it has provided that help, a person with MS. But it’s gone much further than that for me.

The process of writing about MS, Ashtanga, and Teaching has and continues to be cathartic. This whole process has benefited me more than I could have imagined.

I believe it can help you too.

So I would love input from anyone else who has a story to tell about how MS, Yoga, and or Teaching, has or does impact you in some way. You can tell your story here. You may be surprised how it informs the writer as much as the reader.

Your stories can and will add different helpful perspectives and provide insight that I believe can only help others like you and me.
